Do I look comfortable? There's a reason I like taking pictures, not being IN pictures. How can I avoid the awkward family photos and too cramped, mostly alcohol fueled affability? Well, clearly if I'm the one holding the camera I'm a full step ahead of everyone. It's akin to when my Dad was my rec. soccer coach when I was 6, exasperatedly explaining "the best defense is a good offense:" 

That was, until my girlfriend found that she could capture wonderfully candid moments like this, all while making me make dumb faces as my facial muscles love to betray any intention I have of remaining nonchalant.
